about Saudagar Kofi

The owner Amir, fell in love with coffee ever since he was in primary school. After his degree, he interned at a small coffee shop in 2015 and continued his career as Head Barista until 2017 before starting a career in Monetary Industries. Tragedies in Amir's life during the Covid era, in July 2021, became one of the primary factors in his decision to establish a small coffee shop of his own in Taman Paroi Jaya while working as a Business Development Executive in Takaful Industries.

Saudagar Kofi’s name came from personal point of views in life’s journey which engage and try to deliver in the culture of Indie, Nusantara, and Art of Coffee. At Saudagar Kofi,  we believe that everyone deserves coffee that is both delicious and from beans of the top quality. Each batch is meticulously chosen and prepared, bringing out the distinct scents and flavours of every bean for a taste that is delightful down to the last drop.

 

As artisan barista, it's our goal to provide customer satisfaction with memorable moments which can be delivered through a superb cup of coffee and excellent service. Additionally, providing them with unforgettable experiences can be done by creating a fun and unique ambiance at our cafe that is aunthentic to our values and beliefs. As a cafe that values various cultures & communities, we try to support and be involved in Custom Bike, Music, Skateboard, Bicycle, and Poetry cultures. Come and experience our coffee, culture & community for yourself.
